Melanin synthesis inhibitory action using a 3D skin model

The specimen is applied to a 3D skin model containing melanocytes and cultured for a designated period of time. The skin model is collected after culturing and evaluated visually, the brightness is measured and the amount of melanin is measured. Use of skin models enables evaluation of preparations.
